REGISTRATION/REFUND POLICY

2026 Registration

2026 Registration will open on February 1st at 6:00pm. Be prepared for a 10-15 minute process. You will be able to sign up for multiple sessions and family members at the same time. We are expecting a large turnout this year and popular weeks will fill-up to capacity. We want every family that loves riding to experience Kingdom Mtb Camps. If you can't find a session that works with your schedule please contact us and we will do our best to find a session that works.

If you are not sure which program/level to place your child it is wise to pick conservatively. If they prove to be a suitable, coach recommended fit for the next group above (Middle Ring/Big Ring) it is likely we can move them to that more challenging program. You will have to pay program fee difference.  Contrary, we reserve the right to move a camper down a group if needed. 

Refund Policy

No Refunds, but we do offer security with your registration. Mainly, you can purchase insurance for 20% of your total to receive a full refund if withdrawal is 48 hours before the start date of your camp. If you need to change your session week, because of injury or illness, we will do our best to accommodate you for a $50 change fee. If your child is unable to attend a registered and paid 2026 session due to, injury, illness or other we will take them with a payment of 50% program fee of 2027 rates.
